In a nightclub everything is decided at the door, and Appe Club was no exception: the Godoy Cruz night was sold by hand — names scribbled on the promoter's list, cash at the entrance, VIP tables booked via Instagram DM at 2 am. It worked, until it didn't: queues stretching at peak hour, open-bar capacity impossible to control, and not a single data point on a crowd that comes back — or doesn't — every weekend. For a club that lives off filling Fridays and Saturdays, every week started from zero: no database, no history, no idea who came for the cuarteto night and who for the DJ set.
